Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Nizam SEO Community platform, you agree to these Terms. This is a legal agreement.
Through Nizam SEO Community, we provide website operators, entrepreneurs, and SEO enthusiasts with several tools and resources (including this platform) to enable them to build, publish, and manage SEO-related content (the “Services”). The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Services and all content, services, and products available at or through the Nizam SEO Community platform.
The platform and Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, the Nizam SEO Community Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this platform by Nizam SEO Community (collectively, the “Agreement”).
By posting updated versions of this agreement on the platform or otherwise providing notice to you, Nizam SEO Community may modify the terms of this agreement and may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of the Services at its sole discretion. All such changes shall become effective upon posting of the revised agreement. Your continued use of the Services will constitute your acceptance of any modifications. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the platform.
By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the platform or use any services. The platform is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.
1. Your Account and Contributions
If you create content on the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under the account. You must not use misleading or unlawful descriptions, including keywords designed to trade on others’ names or reputations. Nizam SEO Community reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
You must immediately notify Nizam SEO Community of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches. We will not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
2. Responsibility for Content
As a contributor, you are entirely responsible for all content you post or allow third parties to post through your app or profile. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, and any other material. By posting content, you confirm that:
- The content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights.
- You have the right to post or share the content and comply with third-party licenses.
- The content does not contain harmful software or unethical commercial content.
- The content does not violate privacy, promote violence, or mislead users.
By submitting content, you grant Nizam SEO Community a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and promote your contributions.
3. Payment and Renewal
By signing up for the services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis and will cover the use of the service for the selected period.
Unless you notify us otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the renewal fees from your payment method.
4. Third-Party Services
You may enable third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.) within your app. By using these services, you acknowledge that:
- They are not vetted or controlled by Nizam SEO Community.
- You use these services at your own risk, and Nizam SEO Community is not responsible for their operation or data usage.
- Your use is governed by the third party’s terms and policies.
5. Termination
You may request to terminate your account at any time. Nizam SEO Community may terminate access if you materially breach this agreement and fail to resolve the issue within 30 days of notification. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Nizam SEO Community does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the platform at your own discretion and risk.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nizam SEO Community and its affiliates from any claims, expenses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform, including violations of this agreement.
8. Miscellaneous
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force.
This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Nizam SEO Community and may only be amended by a written notice from Nizam SEO Community.
